INGREDIENTS FOR PIZZA SAUCE

• Oil 2 tbsp
• Onion finely chopped 1medium
• Garlic 1tbsp
• Puree of 4 tomatoes
• Salt 1tsp
• Tomato ketchup 1 cup
• Black or white pepper 1 tsp.
• Brown sugar 1tbsp
• Soya sauce 1tbsp
• Red chili powder Half tsp
• Chili Flakes-Red 1 tsp or to taste
• Oregano-Dried 1 tsp
• Dried basil leaves 1 tsp

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PIZZA SAUCE RECIPE

-In a frying pan add oil and onion, sauté onion until color turns golden brown.
-Add garlic and tomatoes puree and cook it well.
-After cooking the puree for few minutes add salt, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, pepper, brown sugar, red chili powder, red chili flakes, dried oregano and dried basil leaves and cook it until sauce thickens.
