A little about me
I’m Faza Parvez, born in & raised in Pakistan. I’m in my 30’s and thanks to different life experiences, working hard in my life at the expense of my health, supporting myself and my family during challenging times, losing my mother, to start my own art business, ending toxic relationships, and defying societal norms despite societal pressure, I have come to appreciate the benefits of living consciously and the abundance it brings. Occasionally it functions flawlessly, other times you give it another go the following day. However, it’s what has led me to discover my true self, the person I aspire to become, and I’m excited to discuss it with you.
So let me start with some stuff about my reading habit. I have never been a reader, but lately I’m doing a lot of it. When I was younger, I didn’t read books like novels and biographies I always associated reading with schoolbooks, and I avoided them. So basically, my reading journey started pretty late back when I was doing my bachelor. After that reading is nothing more like a comfort zone for me to distract my mind and to avoid overthinking. I mostly read Contemporary, Romance, Thriller, Mysteries and Biographies. The only genre’s I don’t really is Horror and Science Fiction.
I believe that life is too short. Do what you love. Make time for things that make you happy!
Also, I’m passionate about Badminton, Art and Craft, Organizing, Gardening, traveling and so much more. I will share my thoughts about Travelling, Social Issues Relationships and Books. I want this blog to be the ultimate source of creativity and inspiration.
What is this space going to be like?
When I first thought about starting a blog, I was so confused what will it be? What will i talk about? What will I post? Relationships? Travel? Just books? I wanted my blog about real things. I was sure I didn’t want it to be a just books or travel blog. So here I am sharing my thoughts with you all. I must warn you your journey with me won’t always be beautiful. It will often be difficult and complicated to understand. Not every post will make you feel good but at the end of it you will always have me to travel the world with…To laugh with …And to grow with
“We travel not to escape life, but for life not to escape us”
